2. Is Inner Solutions software compatible with my Palm? Which Palms are compatible?All systems were designed to run with PalmOS 3.5 or higher. Some softwares have PalmOS 5 Enhancements or High Resolution Enhancements. All softwares work fine with m100, m105, m125, m130, m500, m505, m515, Zire, Sony Clié e Tungsten. 3. Can I read or even create Microsoft Office documents on my handheld?Yes. There are many Office suites avaiable for PalmOS. DocToGo is one of them and often bundled with your Palm Installation CD.
4. Is a Palm Handheld better than a Notebook/Laptop?It depends on the usage. Notebook has a higher performance, but is usually heavy. Palm is designed to be a compact assistent to offer enough performance to its user with a lower weigh.
5. How many days can I operate my handheld without recharging it?It depends on the usage and the model. Color screens use more battery. The average, just using Inner Sales, for example, is two weeks if your Palm has replaceable batteries and one week if it is rechargeable.
6. How long does it take to transfer data from my handheld?If you use USB/Serial cable, it is almost in instantaneous. If you use cell phone, it depends on the signal level and the type of transmission (GPRS, CDMA, TDMA). Usually it takes 3 minutes.
7. Can I use my cell phone to transfer data?Yes, if it supports data transfer and you have the appropriate cables. Also you need Inner Application Server to receive its data.
8. It works with CDMA or GPRS (GSM) ?Yes, its is compatible with a large number of phones. Ask your hardware provider if your equipment is compatible.
