Find Pref Application.
Choose Connection on the upper right popup.
Press New... To create a new connection to your phone device.
Write the Model Name of your phone. Connect to modem. Select which best fits your usage, cable or InfraRed. Then press Details.
Write your phone transfer speed. usually, TDMA is 9.600bps, Nextel 19.200bps, ... Press OK.
Select Network on the upper-right popup. Press Menu -> New.
In Service field, type Inner Solutions. Write your RAS username.
Click on -Prompt- and type your password.
Now your password is stored.
Select your phone model previously created.
Type the phone number to dial and press OK.
Done. Your Palm is configured to dial-up.
